Why we built C2C Legal Services.
For decades, our team has walked California families through the biggest decisions of their lives — buying a first home, selling after a divorce, sorting out a parent's estate. After watching too many families pay $20,000 attorney retainers & high monthly fees for paperwork an attorney didn't need to touch, we built C2C Legal Services.
Today that's a full bilingual team: a Registered and Bonded California Legal Document Assistant, a notary, a certified process server, a permitting expert, a legal administrator, and licensed real estate professionals. Trusts. Wills. Probate. Family court RFOs. Estate documents. Flat fees. We work for you, under your direction: we prepare your documents, file them in court, and serve them.
When your matter does need an attorney — divorce litigation, civil suits — we don't refer you out and disappear. We pair you with someone from our own network. People we've worked alongside, in court and at the closing table, for decades. You get one door, one team, one bilingual point of contact.

We're not just a Legal Document Assistant team. We have active real estate brokers and agents in California (CA DRE# 02193707) and Washington, D.C. (DC License# BR200201363) — which means when a trust needs the deed funded, a probate matter sits on the family home, or a divorce involves selling the house, the property side of the work isn't a surprise to us. It's the other half of our desk.
Trust funding done right
The deed transferring your home into your trust is a real estate document. We prepare it the way a broker would — so it actually holds up at the recorder's office.
Probate that touches title
Most probate cases involve the family home. We know what the title looks like before the petition is filed, and what the buyer's side will ask for after.
