No attorney-client relationship

C2C Legal Services Inc. provides self-help document preparation services under the California Business and Professions Code §§ 6400–6415 framework for Legal Document Assistants. We are NOT attorneys, we do NOT provide legal advice, and using this site or contacting us does NOT create an attorney-client relationship. If your matter requires legal advice or court representation, please consult a California-licensed attorney.

Scope of services

We prepare legal documents at your specific direction. You are the self-represented party; we do not select forms for you, advise you on which strategy to pursue, or represent you in court. We do not file documents in your name without your review and authorization.

Fees and payment

Fees are flat and disclosed before any work begins. Standard payment terms are 50% to start and 50% at filing or final delivery. County filing fees, notary fees, recording fees, and any third-party costs (e.g., probate referee fees) are quoted separately and not marked up.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel any engagement before work begins for a full refund. Once preparation work has begun, refunds are pro-rated based on work completed. Specific cancellation terms are confirmed in writing at engagement.

No outcome guarantees

We cannot guarantee any particular court outcome. We can only prepare your documents correctly based on the information you give us and at your direction. Court outcomes depend on judges, opposing parties, and factors outside our control.

Use of the site

By using this site you agree not to misuse it (no automated abuse, no scraping that interferes with availability, no attempted unauthorized access). All content on this site is owned by C2C Legal Services Inc. unless attributed to a third party.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by California law, our liability for any claim relating to our services or this site is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under California law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Bernardino County or San Diego County, California.
